I’ve been doing a lot of commercial work lately, and in the land of commercial, the key word of the day is: Natural! On commercial photoshoots, it is my job to apply makeup in such a way, so my model simply looks better. No crazy smokey eyes, dark vampy lips or wet eyelids. When doing a lot of commercial shoots in a short period of time, I find myself longing for the extreme. Longing for those dark vampy lips and wet eyelids.

Back in October I received an exciting email in my in-box. Sender: Invito, a Dutch shoe store who I’ve always been a huge fan of. Their way of always coming up with something edgy yet comfortable will forever amaze me. Unfortunately, I have feet the size of the Titanic, so I can’t buy my shoes from them anymore.
